Great service and nice experience for the whole family

Service staff was friendly . food was slow arriving . One order was wrong , but not an issue . chicken breasts were over cooked and dry . Chicken wings were over cooked as well . For the money I think I would eat somewhere else next time .

Allow me to explain my 1 star rating. I planned my husband and his twin brothers 40th Birthday centration 's (13 people) to only be unmannerly turned away. Not by the hostess she was fantastic so sweet. Upon walking I was allowed in by showing my paper vaccine passport and ID. My sister was not even asked for any prof of anything and then my 70 year old mother forgot her ID so I went back to the room to get it. Once I return she was allowed in and I was turned away as my phone was having issues and I was unable to show the QR code. Yet I was allowed 5 min prior. I have had 3 shots and had the paper passport and ID to prove it. I follow all rules and am trying o do my part to help Ontario 's economy get back to normal and all I get in return is 2 most unprofessional managers (one young guy and a pregnant women) yelling threatening to call security. That’s how you treat 13 people bring more then $1000 to your pockets….Even security laughed we were not doing anything other then responsibly explain what happened. All I wanted to do was celebrate my husband 40th birthday. Security even laughed with us at them calling...The mangers escalated the situation for no reason. If you ask me a feel the name got to there heads a little…lol I am a manager and I would never speak to any customer of mine like this. I must say though the server was so kind and very respectfully trying to assist. He even said the words “I am here to help I know the front staff can get rude with customers”. He wanted to help. At this point I was not interested in giving ,y hard earned money to this unprofessional business. If I was being so belligerent I could have asked my entire party to leave. I would never I am 40 and I know how to handle myself and allow others to enjoy themselves with or without me. This Niagara Falls team needs to definitely rethink the front of the line management staff. I suggest eat anywhere else Niagara has many choices don’t make the same mistake I did. I wil

The location is excellent, and our waitress was very friendly. However, the prices are quite high, and the portion sizes are small. The burger was tasty, but all you receive is the burger along with a small serving of fries.

The restaurant was extremely accommodating. We originally made a reservation for 5 PM but needed to change it to 6 PM, and they had no issues with that. They also served the kids' meals before the adults', which was great. Our server was excellent as well. The only downside was that it was a bit loud.
