Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Niceville

I ordered a blizzard from here, and when it arrived, it was more like soup. I called to express my concern, and the manager was quite rude. He said he would remake it but couldn’t guarantee it wouldn't turn out like soup again. I thought the whole idea was that you could flip it over without it spilling! I’m not looking for a refund or a remake; I just wanted to leave a bad review because of the manager's attitude.

The soft serve blizzards are excellent. In fact, the other food options are even better than what you'll find at most places.

I've visited this restaurant several times, but last night between 7 and 8 PM, the young man at the register was outstanding! He was incredibly sweet and very kind. Great job!

Dairy Queen, you impressed me today! For a while now, other fast food restaurants never make the burger that looks like the picture. I should have taken a picture before taking bites of the burger. This burger looked just like the picture! The burger tasted great of course, but how it looked caught my attention. The bun wasn't crushed, the tomato and onion were stacked perfectly. Just enough toppings, Etc. This might seem silly to point out, but I've had so many burgers that look pathetic. It's just nice to eat a good burger that actually looks like the picture.

Recently ordered their chocolate fudge cream blizzard cake and it was good but disappointed in the oreo crunch in the middle of the cake which was thin, barely there. In my opinion, not worth $35 for an 8in cake. Dairy Queen also does not offer military discounts. But the guy who rang me up said they serve the military
