Fuego Grill - Nicholasville

My wife and I just came home from a special evening at the Fuego restaurant, which is in the Chrisman Mill winery. The owners and employees are passionate, and it shows absolutely in food and drinks. This place is the best secret in the Lexington region, and honestly, my favorite place I've ever eaten. It is a magical property over sighting rows of vines, the sunsets are stunning, hummingbirds around the terrace and the best staff who are ready to go beyond and beyond to make your evening special. Come on!

My wedding is at the end of the month and I cannot be more excited!! My fiance and I fell in love with this place as soon as we walked in. It was exactly what we were looking for. They showed us around, even though we didn't have an appointment, and gave us information for the wedding. We came back the next weekend and booked our wedding. Every since, the experience has been amazing. The staff is great and a dream to work with! They are flexible and they don't treat you like just another couple walking through their door. Their food and wine are AMAZING!

The wine(s) AND food at the Winery new Fuego Grill Restaurant that is on site are out of this world delicious. They also serve cocktails that are amazing. Best Mojito on the Planet. Very professional yet friendly staff. Food presentation is Superb! My only regret is not knowing about this place sooner!

I visited Chrisman Mill with friends to celebrate a 60th birthday, and it was our first time there. We’re already planning to make it a monthly tradition! The owners came out to personally greet us, making our birthday girl feel truly special. They also inquired about our meal and expressed gratitude for our visit—how refreshing is that nowadays? Our server, Ashley, was wonderful and attentive. The food and wine were fantastic and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was lovely as well. I can’t wait to return! This place is a hidden gem.
