Mcdonald's - Nicholasville

Most of the staff are friendly and eager to assist. Many of them work hard and give their best effort. I appreciate the restaurant because it’s quick and affordable.

The floor is consistently coated in grease, making it slippery every time I visit—I almost slip each time. The service is unfriendly and grumpy, and my orders are seldom correct.

I've reached my limit with the person in charge of the fish sandwich. Six times in a row, and it doesn't even resemble a sandwich anymore. This time is no exception, but I'm finally fed up enough to share my experience along with a picture!

I visit this place every morning before work and have tried to be patient with the management, but honestly, the employees are some of the rudest I've encountered at McDonald's. It's really disappointing that the management is even worse than the staff!
