Eastern Buffet - Niles

I dined here on Saturday and was disappointed to find that the shrimp and imitation crab were overcooked and tough. It was truly unappetizing!

The food is fantastic for the price, and the staff are wonderful and attentive—never rude. This is definitely the best buffet in the area! I’m looking forward to returning next payday!

Fantastic food! This buffet offers the largest variety of Chinese dishes I've ever encountered. I tried around 15-16 different options, and every single one was delicious! The service was excellent as well. I also want to mention that the entire restaurant was spotlessly clean!

Now for the best part: they didn’t offer us a towel, just a stack of napkins. Then they brought us an absolutely disgusting towel—which we declined. When I spoke to the manager about the situation, she offered us a $4.20 discount for our embarrassing experience. I found that completely inadequate, so they comped our meal instead. To sum it up, we didn’t even touch the fortune cookie. I suggest that anyone thinking of dining there either wear a raincoat, galoshes, or bring an umbrella. As for me, I won't be returning, even with a change of clothes.

The food isn't restocked quickly once it runs out at the restaurant.
