While it may not have the awesomeness of the original downtown in Pittsburgh, it does have it's own charm. The bar is cool, tables with fireplaces, sports on the televisions, and a drink menu done right. Many of the famous original selections still on the menu. I've been going to primanti for years and years, and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the one that eventually opened near me. Food is great, drinks are great, and atmosphere is absolutely amazing.
Tall boy roast beef! And the House beer on tap. Very good!
This spot is local to us so we stop here a couple times a year. I do like their bone in wings as they are always cooked to perfection and on the larger size. In true Primanti fashion, their signature sandwiches are always a treat, piled high with all kinds of goodness. If you are wanting to get your belly full, their sandwiches will do the job. I don't feel the sandwiches are as good here as the original Pittsburgh location, however you don't have to hunt for a place to park or wait in line here and the food is still good. I do find this location better than the Grove City one. Bar type atmosphere with booths, tables, and several televisions around. It is well laid out and not chaotic or too loud, but I wouldn't consider it a quiet place for a meal. We have always had good servers here as well. We tend to order wings here on half off night which I believe is Sunday and Monday. Great wings at a great value!
A nice spot attached to the mall for some of Pittsburghs classics while still being in Ohio. Very friendly and helpful server.
