Xellena Cafe - Nis

Don't even waste your time. The place is huge, but empty most of the time, yet the employees take forever to bring your order. There are far better cafes in the vicinity.

There is no separated smoking area and no smoking. And its really huge place. Stuff was ok, service also. It's nothing special and I think is much better in summer when they have chairs and tables outside. I had coffee it was ok. :

Very good place to chill with friends, service is great and it’s on good location

This place started great couple years ago, but now I notice the neglect, dirty furniture and falling apart. Too bad because it is in the city center near the municipality and has good coffee and drinks. The toilets are not accessible for people with disabilities at all! For such a strategic place, it could have been managed better.

Bad service. Takes forever to receive your order. Don't bother.
