Olympia Coffee Roasting

The hot chocolate is very good. The wifi connection is awesome. The staff are super nice.

Friendly staff, clean space, not too cluttered and not too bare. Reminds me of good coffee shops back east (I’m sure they’d say the coffee shops out east are just copying them). Seriously, if you want a pleasant morning in a coffee shop, not a drive through, this is it.

Best coffee in Olympia, and that I've had most other places too. The hot drinks especially are always amazing!

Wow. The pour over was an A+. Had an Ethiopian anaerobic natural process! So good and really reasonable pricing.

WY cool place with fantastic coffee and pastries. Everything there is some, if not, the best I’ve ever had in my life. Can not go wrong. Highly, highly recommended.
