Mcdonald's - NLV

What is the purpose of being 24 hours if you are going to be canceling orders between 12-2 am. no posted notes or signs on the website saying the system will be down during those hours if you know you will not be able to serve at those hours you should emphasize it

Don't go to McDonald's anymore. No vegan options. Even their fries have Cow in them. That's pretty ridiculous and not even necessary. Their UK locations are way better.

Ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meal plain it came with everything but cheese. Forgot a drink and had to go back. Gave 2 diet cokes instead of coke. Went inside to get my order after going thru the drive thru and them having me pull forward and waiting an extra 10 minutes out front so I go inside and tell them I'm waiting for my order and then they go take it out to my car , after I'm inside and already told them I was waiting.

I love doing reviews, but definitely not for this reason! Very disappointed…it’s been a while since I hadn’t got my daughters fast food and then this. We’re are the head nets? Health Department Needs to stop by here for sure!!

The response given by the supervisor when I asked why they couldn 't prepare a hamburger in 18 minutes was, We serve based on the order queue. This is the worst McDonald 's branch I 've ever seen. And they don 't seem to know how long it should take to prepare a hamburger.
