The woman who assisted me at the restaurant had very poor customer service and was rude. When I received my family meal order that I had placed online, I double-checked to confirm my extra order of a small Beijing beef. The woman proceeded to take the large beef out of the order, throw away the box, and replace it with a smaller portion in a new box. This action was unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally, the box ripped and the food fell on the floor as I was leaving. As someone who works in the fast food industry, I found this experience to be extremely disappointing and uncalled for. It was a ridiculous and rude encounter.

The employees at this restaurant were rude and suggested contacting corporate to complain about the portion sizes and the food tasting old. With prices so high, it would be better to dine at a different restaurant.
