I could never imagine of such a classy all Italian restaurant right in the border of Delhi n Ghaziabad. What a well managed n authentic restaurant this is. Loved everything I could have during my visit and was impressed with the service standards too.I have a habit of discussing my food with the chef and I got to know some really interesting facts.Every pizza is gratinated with trio of cheese (Bocconcini, scarmoza and pizza mozzarella) to make it more different and vibrant. All pizza and pasta are made up of Imported Farina and Durum flour which we import from Italy.These are things I had..Frutti di mare- Seafood pizza is prepared with Prawns, sole dice, squid jalapeno, tomato sauce, cheese and sundried tomato…Garden Pizza- Basically with a concept of fresh vegetables available in garden example: Roasted bell peppers, grilled mushroom, zucchini, oven dried tomato…Calzone ala pollo – A folded pizza with a classical stuffing of smoked chicken, bell pepper, olives, cheese and tomato sauce…..Wild Mushroom pizza – A filled of  mushrooms shitake, porcini and button pizza starting with a spread of mushroom puree and topped with mushroom ,thyme, cheese, original truffle oil and onion.Chicken Tikka Pizza-Good for desi lovers a desi style chicken tikka pizza with spread of mint chutney, topped with trio of cheese chick tikka laccha pyaz and finished with tandoori masala, chopped coriander.Lamb Ragu pizza – A typical Italian Lamb Bolognaise preparation with red wine  and meri-poix cooked til it comes to thick consistency. Ragu as a topping on pizza and finished with trio of cheese..Tortellini alla pollo-The all-time pasta lover best choice chicken tortellini cooked in its own starch and finished with parmigiano al reggiano and olive oil….Panzoti ala Carne- The lamb mince stuffed pasta cooked with reduced Borolo wine, rosemary and lamb jus.Tomato Ravioli – Stuffed with reduced tomato concasse , parmesan cheese basil and finished with basil pesto.Recotta spinach agnolotti- The half-moon ravioli stuffed with classical ricotta cheese and shredded spinach. Tossed with light arabiata sauce..Mushroom Fagitoni – Tri of mushroom(Porcini, button and shitake) stuffed pasta cooked in mushroom puree and finished with truffle oil.Overall, a must visit place if you wish to enjoy some authentic Italian spread.

I am disappointed with the service I received at your restaurant, particularly with the disorganization surrounding the benefits for membership card holders. During my visit last month, I experienced poor service from your brand, as they did not acknowledge or honor the membership card that they had provided. Yesterday, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet at the restaurant. The spread was impressive and included a live cooking station. The food was delicious and expertly prepared. The staff was polite and provided excellent service. I would give it four stars, as I found that the juices were not cold enough and some dishes were not hot. Despite this, it was still a great spot for breakfast.

This restaurant is located inside the Radisson Blu Hotel. We had a set menu featuring all Indian cuisine which was all very good. The service was excellent and everyone was extremely polite and helpful explaining what we were eating for those of us new to Indian food.The night we were at the restaurant there was a trio of Indian musicians providing live entertainment. The music was fine but I found it very loud for dining time. It was too loud for a decent conversation. Background music or at least softer music would have been more apt for a better dining experience.Overall, good food, good service.
