The General Store - NORAH HEAD

We visited the General Store for breakfast after exploring the lighthouse. The staff were extremely friendly, the food was delightful, the decor was charming, and the entire place was immaculate. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area; the breakfast burger was fantastic!

This cafe and takeaway shop is incredible! It's pet-friendly for outdoor seating, and the food is outstanding. The fish and chips are made in-house, featuring fresh dory that is wonderfully light. I also tried the falafel wrap, which was excellent as well. To cap it all off, they serve fantastic coffee from Glee Coffee Roaster. If you're in the area, this place is a must-visit!

Always a perfect experience here! I frequently stop by for lunch, a coffee, and to relax by the ocean. The menu is constantly evolving. The staff is friendly, and the food is amazing. What more could you ask for?

The place was quite nice but there were lots of flies when I went. The food also took quite a while but the staff were extremely friendly and the food was also quite delicious.

Wheelchair parking x 2, wheelchair accessible ramp and table chairs grouped with space between them. Nice location, nicely set up with both indoor and outdoor tables. Large painted glass lights hang from the ceiling, canvases of flowers and dried flower vases decorate the room. (We sat inside on this rainy day). Pleasant polite staff. Coffee was strong and hot. Hot chocolate was massive. Burgers fine. They did not rush us even though we were towards the end of lunchtime. Many cafes tend to close early locally we have found. There are very steep steps down to beach and a public park with toilets nearby. There were some vegan vegetarian options and a couple of gluten free items. Non dairy milk was also available.
