Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Norcross

The white girl with red-brown hair and green eyes really needs to find a job that doesn’t involve customer service. Her attitude was terrible, and she showed no enthusiasm. The creativity of the menu doesn’t match the prices. When I asked for sprinkles, she just put them to the side, which was disappointing. It’s unfortunate that I won’t be returning to this place, but they really need to improve their staff when it comes to interacting with customers. Better options are available elsewhere.

I also reached out to customer service, but they didn't bother to contact me with even a simple apology for the early closure and the unfriendly service I experienced. I will definitely not be returning to Bruster's. Their poor customer service, both at the business level and from the company’s management, is unacceptable. I feel like I’ve been lost as a long-time customer.

I mentioned that we were close to closing time because we needed to clean up. I arrived at 9:30, and their website states that they close at 10. When I asked, I was told that we needed to clean up, but if that's the case, they should have the place clean and still be open for business. It was my jubilee, and we came specifically to enjoy some ice cream.

No chocolate chips in chocolate chip ice. mint chocolate chip was eggy, as if it had been omitted and was frozen again. not good. there is a huge pot in the entry drive that could seriously damage your car or tire. that is a sign of a badly managed company.

Good ice cream, staff are friendly but not very professional. It may have been an exhausting day for them, but our ice crean was perfect.
