Waffle House - Norcross

I visited this Waffle House twice in the past two days between 7 and 8 PM, and both times the door was locked. The staff was inside, but they just looked at me and peeked their heads out without giving any explanation. There was no sign on the door or anything to indicate why it was closed. I always thought Waffle House was open 24/7.

I experienced a mix-up with my order, as I received hash browns where my grits should have been, which ruined my meal since I had ordered a side of hash browns separately. The food was well cooked, but the staff really need to cut down on the drama and gossip.

The waitress, Robin, is quite rude. She takes her time with the orders and then insists that she has everything correct, yet the orders are not brought out properly. Her responses are also quite harsh.

Horrible sense of urgency.the wednesday staff is very poor service.we waited 30 minutes and still couldnt get our food.very slow staff.no comfirmation of how much longer it would take for. Just eggs and sausages .

Who doesn't like the Waffle House? This particular store had the usual good food, excellent table server Luis, an entertaining manager Michelle and a hard working crew. Enjoyed my visit. Convenient to Interstate.
