Wendy's - Norcross

The food was fantastic. The sandwich I had at this bed and breakfast was the best I've ever had. It was a simple sandwich, but it tasted delicious. I would definitely order it again. The restaurant was a bit understaffed, but the manager stepped in to help out. I just wish they had more staff to make the service even better.

Wendy's in the city is extremely efficient. It has been a while since fast food has tasted this good.

The food at this restaurant is rated 7-9/10, but the service can be inconsistent. I had a negative experience a few months ago where my order was poorly prepared and served by a rude staff member. However, my recent visit was much more enjoyable. Other than a small issue with the servers, my order was delivered promptly and accurately.

This Wendy's seem to be going down hill. The last two times I've been there the service has been unreasonable. The line for drive thru was 3/4 around the building moving very slow. Then when I got to the window to pick up my food, I waited 10-15 or more. Both times I was among other cars asked to pull over to wait for my order

Terrible. Only drive thru was open which was not an issue; however, food was cold and inedible. Also, do not ever get Wendy's chili. We will not patronize again.
