Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Last month, I requested a large meal twice and both times received a large drink with a small fry. I specifically asked for a big meal but was given the wrong order. On my last visit, the staff reluctantly added 4 extra fries without apologizing. I decided to just leave. Today, I took a minute to address the issue with the lady at the window. She asked for my receipt and then informed me that I was owed a dollar. I pointed out that if the person taking orders had done their job correctly, we wouldn't be in this situation. The lady seemed confused, so I simply asked for my food back. After some confusion with another staff member, I left and discovered they had added the extra fries but had given me the wrong cookies. I left a 1-star review as this was the second time they had made mistakes and still acted as if it was my fault.

I would never come back here even if my life depended on it. They can't even get simple dishes like chicken fingers and fries right! The constant line around the building shows they are never prepared, and the service is just as terrible. They should either give this space to a restaurant that cares about making money or find a new team that actually wants to work. This is without a doubt the worst Zaxby's I have ever been to.

The service was very rude and unprofessional! I tried to call but there was no answer. The dining room was closed so my party waited in the drive-thru line from 9:17 pm to 9:37 pm. After finally reaching the speaker to order food, we were told they were no longer taking orders. I asked, "Didn't you close at 10?" to which they replied, "We closed earlier this evening." We decided to try Chick-Fil-A just 6 minutes away. I called ahead to ensure they could take our order and they assured us that if we arrived within 6 minutes they would be happy to serve us. Despite arriving almost 5 minutes before closing, they greeted us with smiles and helped us fill our empty stomachs.

I have been a Zaxby customer since the first one opened in 1990 or 1991 in athen ga. yesterday (03/29/22) visit was super special, as I was treated like a celebrity by the job staff, her name was jimena esparz. the sweetness/politics in their vote was exceptional, the comfort and the care showed in each word. I don't write cries, but I couldn't help myself to do this today, because woman esparz treated me as a customer. I wish her well and hope to visit zaxbys more often because of her.

I did not get what i order and i found a piece of metal in my food. Call management and was told by the night time manager to come back so she can make it up. I order the food on my way to work. I dont have the time to come back to reorder healthy safe food they did not deliver on the 1st time.
