Domino's Pizza - Norfolk

The estimated delivery time was 21 to 33 minutes, but it ended up taking an hour. When my food finally arrived, the pizza was soggy and almost cold. I would not recommend wasting your money on this restaurant.

I love this downtown location. It stays open late almost every night, until 1am on weekdays and 3am on weekends. And the fact that you can still dine in until closing time is a great perk, especially after a show or night out at a nightclub. I appreciate the convenience of their robo-call ordering system, which even recognizes specials and coupons. No more dealing with busy phone lines or being put on hold constantly. By the way, the pizza was really fresh and looked just like Domino's pizza, although it's not my favorite pizza chain.

The customer service at this restaurant is exceptional, especially Nate who was very cool. I would give them a 10/10 rating. The food was prepared on time and ready for me to pick up. From the phone call to order to the pickup, the overall experience was flawless and amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

After a terrible experience at the Blue Moon Taphouse (see our other review), the friendly staff at Dominos saved the day by being the only place serving food.

The restaurant does not offer delivery services and they do not advertise this. They will refund your order without notifying you and will instruct you to pick it up at the store instead.
