Taco Bell - Norfolk

Ordered the soft tacos at the drive thru. Got home to eat and the tacos were the most pitiful I have ever seen. There was sufficient meat hardly anything else. Stingy on the i ingredients.

Service was good but food was what I expected, fill my stomach at reasonable price

Amazing customer service! Messed up my order by accident, but they immediately apologized and by the time I got back, they gave me a bunch of free things and apology coupons. I know in the past there have been some negative experiences at this location , but they have new staff now and they are extremely kind and professional, they make my day with their kindness!:

Don?t go here if you have high or normal self esteem these are the biggest low life people you will deal with ever. Also to the owner please fire them they stand out side during business hours all at once for long periods of time so a good chance your food has corona. So to the franchise owner you have a taco bell right by a college you can?t have trash working there so please get rid of your staff.

I don't usually rave about Taco Bell, but this location was fantastic! They got our order exactly right, provided us with plenty of sauce as we requested, and the customer service was excellent. The staff member was friendly and truly enhanced our experience.
