Tried making a small take out order of 3 items, waitress hung up on me. Was a fairly regular customer, but they're never getting my money again. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This place is inexpensive, with waitstaff that is tops. They remember you and what special quirks you like, if you're there often. For example, I like no ice in my pop. 5 stars everytime and I eat there often. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Just to note: our server and the lady at the register were amazing, which is why this isn 't a 1 star for Service. But the overall situation that happened... the girl in the pink shirt needs to not be employed there. The environment here is not conducive to the environment and clientele this place seems to serve. Right after being seated, I needed to go to the rest room. Three teenage girls came out giggling and said there was something wrong with the toilet and someone had *ahem* and left it. No problem as things happen, I went in to flush it so I could use it... sign on the toilet says hold down handle. So I did. You could tell the handle was disconnected inside the tank or the float was stuck (no water in the tank). And...it was clogged. I came out to find some assistance. The server in the pink shirt was the first person, so I let her know. She got an attitude and very rudely and loudly stated, There 's nothing wrong with it, read the sign that says hold down the handle. My response to her as calmly as i could, I can very well read. Someone clogged it and the handle is not connected. I 'll be honest... her distasteful attitude and comment made me furious. What if it had been one of the elder customers who had said this?? And they did have to get a plunger, and I ended up using the men 's restroom because the toilet was in fact broken in the women 's.

Ambiance- well it is dirty, uncleaned, dusty and grungy. From ledges to the menus and the tables, extremely nasty but better than the staff. Food-well it has overall improved from a year ago. Fresh, generous portions at reasonable prices. Unfortunately when a sit down(no drive thru) cant provide glass glasses, it might as well be a mcd;s or bk. Service- is disgusting and the staff is even worse. Extremely large woman with a gigantic belly hanging over her men's gym shorts and a sloppy grey t-shirt, and hair not even pulled back. One looks like she belongs in a tattoo parlor with head shaved on the sides to show off even more class. The original owner is likely rolling in his grave, they prided themselves on neat, clean and pleasant looking staff. Our waitress was carrying my pie and a bus tub....yum yum. Shanna looks like a poster child for how not to make yourself presentable, frumpy, dumpy and ungroomed. Wont go back no matter how okay the food is, the staff left me gagging.
