Buffalo Wild Wings - Normal

They got rid of Buffalo chips!!! Terrible. However, service was great!

When we arrived, the hostess refused to honor or Open Table reservation. She said they were too busy because it was parent weekend. After speaking to a manager, we were seated. She just pointed at an empty table and told us to sit, didn’t even give us menus. Also, there were 5 empty tables in the section, so I don’t know what the issue was. If I thought we could be seated in another restaurant, we would have left.

2 workers were fighting when I walked in with my party of six. One cussed the other out and the manager turned a blind eye. Our waitress seemed mad at us the whole time, not sure why. She didn’t smile until i flexed on her with a 50% tip.

The Buffalo ranch chicken wrap was excellent and came exactly as I had requested.

The wings weren 't bad but were cold upon arrival.. the potato wedges with this chili I wouldn 't feed to any creature. just nasty dry beef with a little chili taste.
