Pizza Shuttle - Norman

I usually have a great experience with the Pizza Shuttle on Alameda, but that wasn't the case this time. The pizza was burnt. If it hadn’t been a delivery order, I would have walked back into the store to address it.

I ordered a specialty pizza using their website and specified in the special instructions to add mushrooms and olives only to one half of the pizza, as there was no way to customize that directly in the order. When I picked up the pizza, I found that the toppings were spread across the entire pizza, with mushrooms and olives covering both halves, which is the complete opposite of what I requested. This issue could have been easily avoided if there had been an option to customize topping placement on the website.

We enjoy dining here frequently, but tonight my delivery driver brought the wrong order. That's alright; we're happy to wait for a new one. However, when I called the restaurant, I had to speak with the manager to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the manager was quite rude and interrupted me while I was trying to explain the situation. I'm giving a one-star rating due to the lack of professionalism displayed by the management.

Terrible customer service. Got my order wrong. Chips were stale and the guy who took my order was rude. I continued to be nice and calm even though he was rude and unprofessional. I wasnt feeling well and was just so exhausted from work and not sleeping good to stress and thyroid issues. So I just was done for the night. I call back the next day and speak to the manager. He says he cant give a refund the next day. I still have my receipt. I know that he cangive a refund because I work at Braums and they have given refunds the next day. I wont be doing business at business at the Alameda location anymore.

This location is quite efficient, even on weekends, with food typically prepared in about 10 minutes. Be sure to check for specials and coupon deals online to get the best prices. I highly recommend the chicken alfredo without vegetables and extra cheese—thank me later! The calzones are also delicious, and the cheesy bread is a must-try. Although they can be a bit disorganized and often need to adjust the prices when you pick up your order, the service is still quick and the food is good.
