Taco Bell - Norman

We ordered two 9's by the ride up. That was a Mexican pizza and two crispy deluxe tacos. One of our Mexican pizzas was in our bag on the head and looked like a bunch of garbage. The tacos were soggy and greasy. No good experience.?

They charged me for steak in my crunch wrap supreme but didn't give me any steak in my crunch wrap supreme

HORRIBLE!!!! I love taco bell and it just sucks that this one is just horrible! I was given cheaper menu items than i paid for, tacos all fell apart, burritos stuck to the wrapper and tore apart when trying to carefully separate from paper. Quesadilla was not good. I am not one to leave reviews, but this was just a horrible experience tonight, and has been countless times before this also.

I have never experienced anyone in customer service as rude as Shay at the Classen Blvd location. She was extremely disrespectful. I waited at the window of the drive though, until she left and asked the next employee who came to the window, what her name was. I have a professional job and take google reviews Seriously. This woman needs to be instructed on how to properly communicate with customers. I don’t know that I have ever been so disrespected in a fast food drive through as I was today! This is not ok under any circumstances. Will never go back to this location , ever!

I have never seen a Mexican pizza look this bad haha
