Lou's Sandwich Shop - Norristown

The best breakfast!! I am an outsider of norristown so I’m not to familiar with the different types of restaurants around here but I HAVE to say that Lou’s breakfast is amazing. Now everytime I am in town it’s a must have.

The Philly cheese steak is delicious. A medium is similar to a footlong. The atmosphere is authentic.

I go every Friday for a zep! Definitely a hidden jem. Owners are nice.. food is great..family atmosphere.

This neighborhood staple probably hasn’t changed a single thing since 1941, and that is perfectly fine with me! All original down to the table we sat at. I got two zeps, because, why not? One tuna, one steak ALL the onions. Mmmm. Whenever I want a classic sammy, this is where I’ll be.

Wow! On Saturday morning around 11:20 am, the place was starting to get busy. Our server took the time to explain the sandwich options to us since it was our first visit (we're from Texas). We ordered four 12-inch hoagies and some french fries. The Italian sandwich was amazing, especially with the side of hot pepper mix—it was excellent! Our total came to $40. We can't wait to come back! Sorry, no photos—everything was so good that we devoured it all!
