Den Gyllene Räven Ab - Norrtaelje

Gyllene Räven is a great resturant in the higher price range. Although it was somewhat cheaper than expected. It is initially very clean and all employees are very nice and welcoming. The theme of the restorer with a story that follows through the menu is very spot on! The most important thing is, of course, food! It was great as always I had some small changes that I would make, but that's just personal preference. I made pictures, but unfortunately I missed one of the Entrées. Figure 1: Steamed Bao, That was really good, I highly recommend the sweet glaze of the pig paired with the bungalow and the Umami was a perfect game. Figure 2: Fried Haddock, That was perfectly crispy, but the real star of this record is the Dill-Fries! Figure 3: Glazed Pork on grilled pineapple, Although perhaps a bit of pork when paired with the Bao entrée, it was a great dish. Once again the pig was heavenly and with the grilled pineapple it was the perfect picture 4: Peanut-Cola Pie, This was my partner favorite and at tasting I can agree that it is absolutely delicious. Very recommended! Image 5: Bavaroise with a Raspberry Sorbet, The bavaroise was my first, so I'm not really what I expected I know you like that. The raspberry sorbet was also incredibly good!
