Fat Jack's Homestyle Diner and Pub

Had a great meal at Fat Jack's. The design is well done and all the food looked and tasted amazing. I was quite shocked.

We planned a mini road trip from Vancouver to Boston Bar to specifically for lunch at Fat Jacks. It was well worth the (scenic) drive!! The service was great and the food amazing. Fried chicken and home cut fries with gravy and slaw was perfect. So was the hot turkey sandwich. The mac and cheese was the best we've had at a restaurant!! We will be back soon!

Fat Jack's is a gem in the rough. So glad we planned our bike trek to overnight at the Mighty Fraser Motel. The feast provided at Fat Jack's was exactly what we needed at the end of a long day of riding. The BBQ Ribs were "lights out" fantastic. Others in our party feasted on the lamb chops, and the brisket sandwich. Both with rave reviews. No shortage of craft beer on the menu either. Hard to come by in many rural locations like this. Well worth the stop for any hungry traveler on the Hwy 1 through the canyon.The owner/operator/head chef was an absolute blast too. Great attitude. He also opened the diner a little early for us the next morning, so we could get a good breakfast load in before setting out on our next leg of the trek. Thanks much Todd!Phil, Andy, and Justin.

What a pleasant surprise! I absolutely recommend stopping in to eat here. The kitchen and bathrooms are totally clean and well kept...as well as the diner. The host/cook is friendly and definitely knows how to cook! The food was so delicious...my whole table agreed. I had steak and eggs and the steak melted in my mouth. Way better than any hole in the wall.

Great place to stop for a meal while driving the Canyon. The food and service were excellent. It was hard to decide what eat ( I had the smoked salmon omelette). The food was cooked fresh to order, nothing remade and heated. The menu offers a good choice of food that I would not expect at a roadside cafe. I would defiantly recommend Fat Jacks.I will be telling all my motorcycle friends about this cafe.
