Black Eye Coffee - North Adelaide

The food was delicious, ordered a noodle salad arm with combination meat and a delicious raspberry brew. the food was fresh and the dressing burst with taste. but I was very disappointed by customer service. the woman who served me was abrupt, not smiling, made me feel involuntary and uncomfortable. Eating tastes better with great service and as such I would not recommend this place for friends or family. a great experience is important.

The cafe atmosphere seems nice, and is welcoming. The person that served me had very poor customer service skills, Little to no eye contact and interaction. The green juice was fabulous though, good balance of fruit and veggies, nice zing with the lemon and ginger. If you wanting boost of energy, drop by for a fresh juice.

Located in the heart of the popular O’Connell Street is a cute little café juice bar called Black Eye Coffee. Upon walking in, I felt like I was transported back to the Central Markets in the Adelaide CBD – it reminded me of a stall at the Markets where you could literally smell and taste the healthiness and freshness in what was being served. This place is beautiful and I love to come here to repair my coffee! I am very happy to live in places so that my visits in these days are more common! the coffee is great and if she prefers her coffee a bit hotter. good right...this place gets it right when I was! I don't even have to ask her to make it hotter (above grade, that is not the hot! oh and they don't burn the milk when it makes perfect. I'd say thank you. team for the best there is on o’connell street love the black thema!

Venue has a nice vibe and quick service, but on each of the three times during the last week that I've ordered the same thing, it hasn't been what I asked for, and I'm not going back. Servers appear young and inexperienced, and have poor interaction with the customer. I asked for a green juice, no lemon or lime and extra ginger. In each case I'm not sure there was actually any ginger in it at all! Couldn't taste any. Today's juice was so sweet it was undrinkable (clearly very heavy on the apple). I'll be driving further out of my way to go somewhere else from now on.
