Írjon visszajelzéstThis is just an average Italian café - the wine selection is good but the duck gnocchi was a bit glutinous, the veal salty and the scallop soufflé a bit like fish cakes - so a bit of a pity really.
Have been to Paesano's on and off for many years now and always enjoyed it. Took the kids for dinner tonight and was very disappointed. They gave us an old kids menu, and then when we ordered said they don't have the kids schnitzel any more because the crumb is too expensive. Cue tantrum from the 3 year old because the meal he chose wasn't available. After sorting him out we started the order process again, to discover the two meals we had chosen weren't available "because their order of chicken and pork hasn't come in".I suspect it's changed ownership. The decor was very different and seemed to be different staff. Menu was the same, although both copies we were given were ripped. So, we left and went around the corner to the North Adelaide Hotel instead and had a very delightful meal in a lovely old pub. There's too much good competition in North Adelaide to drop your service levels that far Paesano's.
I chose this restaurant because it had a "childrens' corner" - a kids table with toys which was excellent for our two year old while we waited for our orders. I also noticed several high chairs. The menu including a children's menu, and the service were great. The pizzas were excellent. We all enjoyed it but I give it top marks for its child friendliness as it kept our two year old happy whilst we finished our dinner. I highly recommend it if you have kids
Overpriced slop served by arrogant rude staff, dirty tables and floors, Took my family out planning a nice dinner to celebrate my wife's birthday, but should have gone to Hungry Jacks as would have been treated better and the food would have been safer to eat. Never again.....
The fries are freshly made and the coffee is decent, but the unfriendly waitress makes us feel unimportant and like we are bothering her, reminiscent of the episode of Yes Minister where the best hospital is the one without any patients.
