Dunkin' Donuts - North Andover

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The larger lady with blonde hair who works there always seems to be unmotivated and unwilling to prepare the food I request in person. On one occasion, she even complained about my order right in front of me. Additionally, when I ordered through DoorDash from the same place, they got my order wrong two times in a row. When I went to the restaurant to see who was working, it was her each time. I think her lack of effort is concerning, and I feel like she should be let go because of her attitude.

This restaurant is poorly managed. The manager can only take a coffee order if it’s a large black coffee. They frequently get my order wrong. Today, I requested a cold foam cold brew, but I received a regular iced coffee without the cold foam. I visit every day because it’s convenient, but I dread ordering every time.

Danielle took our order, but only one item was correct. We ordered a 25-pack of munchkins, half plain and half chocolate, but instead received a mix of various flavors that my kids won’t eat. We also ordered a frozen chocolate drink with raspberry and whipped cream, but instead got a watered-down frozen chocolate with neither raspberry nor whipped cream. The only thing that was right was my sandwich—a sausage, egg, and bacon bagel without cheese. I won’t be returning here again. The service was rude.

Coffee is great but I wanted a French cruella and sandwich but flies were everywhere in their food being served to their patrons so I can only imagine what I've ingested

So today I was going to get some pastry way too many flies flying on their pastry .......coffee's good
