Bojangles - North Augusta

Love the food but the service lacks. Ordered a 3pcs dark with double fries and waited 10 minutes for it. Then I got home and only found 2 pics, I know I paid for the 3 pcs.

Rude rude rude. No cars in line at the drive thru. 1 car in the parking lot. Empty restaurant and the woman working the drive they was so rude, rushing me and cutting me off. And when I asked her to please stop being rude and let me finish my order sheyelled at me that she wasn?t being rude and I could come around and pay for my food or leave. I have never been spoken to likethat. And there was no one there for them to be rushing me. I just did not get it. My kids were in the car so I left it alone bcthis girl was about to try to start something. Her behavior was shameful.

Went for a light breakfast and the service was fast and friendly! Bojangle biscuits never disappoint! This location is hard to see if you're heading north on Knox due to all the trees blocking the sign.

I am disappointed so much. i ordered a large combo bochicken sandwich with fries and a drink. he rung it up wrong and was clearly high. asking me questions like which dipping sauce? i say honey mustard and he goes honey mustard? did you want thebo chicken? like yes, i do. anyways i sit for a few minutes waiting then when i get my food they forogt it on the counter bythe way they left out my honey mustard. i came in to ask for it and if the normal combo comes with the small fries they gaveme. he says combo? in a genuine question!!!! eyes glazed and bloodshot. i cant believe he found the honey mustard

Please excuse my lingo but these people never fail to make me laugh! As a Door Dash driver, they know how to brighten up my day... I've been dashing since 5AM and it's now 7PM.... long day but these guys and gals know how to make my day. Hope y'alleventually give your employees better pay and benefits... I hope my voice speaks for y'all great peeps ???
