Domino's Pizza - North Augusta

Maybe this might help people? Calls transfer to call centers instead of Dominos first. Delivery times are usually wrong online. It doesn?t update with how busy the store really is. Standard delivery is always 30-45 minutes even when it?s not busy. I can?tspeak for everyone, but most of the workers there do try their best and want to help you.

Delivery driver was super rude! She accused me of not paying, took my food back bc she said it?s wasn?t paid for and it was. Took the food anyway bc my kids was crying and open the box to a medium pepperoni instead of a large Brooklyn style that I askedfor. 40 dollars for 2 mediums some raw wings and some cheese bread and a soda! Got my money back and won?t be back.

I'm not very happy with my experience right now. My Brooklyn pizza looked completely different from last week's order—it appeared as though a bite had been taken out of it. When I called the restaurant, I was told the manager was too busy to speak with me at 10:15 PM, so I decided to go back there to address my complaint in person. To my surprise, at 10:30 PM, there were no other orders being taken. I reluctantly agreed to have the pizza remade, but in the meantime, my chocolate lava cakes and cinnamon twists were sitting at home getting cold. I ended up having to pay for another order just to ensure my son would have fresh cinnamon twists and lava cakes. Seriously? I honestly don’t think even one star is enough to reflect this situation. I’ll definitely be contacting corporate tomorrow. I've never had an issue like this before, so good luck to them moving forward!

I've been visiting this Domino’s ever since I started working in the Plaza. Today, I was warmly welcomed by a young man named Kenneth! He really nailed my sandwich order, and it made my mouth water just looking at it. I can honestly say it was the best thing I've ever tasted from this place! At this point, I really need to find out what Kenneth's schedule is, lol!

The pizza was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I found the app easy to navigate and order through. My order arrived right on time. I will definitely return!
