We have ordered from this restaurant in the past and always had a great experience, but tonight was a different story. We called for a delivery and were told it would take an hour, but it ended up taking an hour and a half. When the food finally arrived, it was cold and only half of our order was there. We requested extra cheese on the pizza, but there was barely any cheese at all. The curry was watery with very little chicken. When the rest of our order arrived 15-20 minutes later, it was cold, tasteless, and missing the extra salad we had asked for. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. We did not expect ordering three items to be such a difficult task.

The food at this restaurant is exceptional. Shabeer and his staff are very welcoming. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have never had any reason to complain.

Great curries, Shabeer is to be congratulated on the quality of his food, very tasty. I'm his biggest critic as I've been a customer for a very long time. Praise when deserved, he's hard to beat at the moment and I used to go out of town for curries.

Ordered a pizza for a pick-up, I was told to come and collect it in fifteen minutes, when I got to the shop, the pizza wasn't even in the oven! I had to wait a further fifteen minutes, when I got home with the pizza, there was no tomato base, only vegetables and cheese! I called the shop to complain, to the young boy that had served me, and he was very cheeky to me, asking if I knew how long it takes to cook a pizza. As he explained there was two 14 pizzas that had to be cooked before mine, I don't work in the shop, so why would I know how long it takes to cook a pizza in they're oven? Surely the young boy should know how long it takes to make a pizza, so why tell me fifteen minutes when knowing this?? Since then, there has been completely different staff, including the young boy, and they're attitude is absolutely shocking, I will never visit the shop again due to this problem. Used to be an absolutely great takeaway! But has seriously went down hill : . I went to complain to staff, I was threatened by them phoning the police, and being escorted out the shop.
