Maracas Southwest Grill - North Babylon

I'm traveling for this place. Very good. Much better than any other place in the Babylon/West Islip/Bay Shore area. Always a friendly staff and always a fair price.

The food was pretty good. I liked the tacos. My wife got the burrito bowl, she rated it a 4/5. They charged extra for the melted nacho cheese on the nachos. Check out the pictures to see how much they gave.

I was out with my mom last night, and the staff were incredibly kind. I'm quite particular about my food, but Sophie was very patient with my complicated order. The meals were delicious! I drove all the way from Ronkonkoma to try something different, and it was absolutely worth it.

The restaurant is a great choice for groups of four or fewer. The burritos and tacos are good, but not extraordinary. What truly makes this place stand out are their specialty dishes, like the mac and cheese, which are definitely worth the visit. I'll definitely return!

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! I was indecisive about my food choices, but the staff suggested the loaded nachos, and I’m so glad I took their advice. I piled on plenty of toppings, and every bite was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed a Tamarind Jarritos, which I consider to be quite rare and really tasty. Additionally, there’s a selection of hot sauces available in small containers for you to choose from, which is a nice touch.
