100 Elements - North Bay

Amazing buffet! Great to see the students presenting their culinary delights with such confidence and poise. The prepared dishes were as spectacular visually as they were tantalizing to the taste buds. Can't wait for next year!

As a member of faculty at Canadore, I enjoy lunch at 100 Elements several times during the academic year, as a special treat to myself. The menu is always varied and very tasty, beautifully presented, and excellent value for the money. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a uniquely rewarding meal! And all while supporting the learning of our hardworking college students!

We've been twice this past school year. Chef's table both times. One of our group is celiac. The restaurant is very accommodating for him. The food is delicious!! Like the idea that its local food and Ontario wines. The students make sure that each guest enjoys the food, if not they are quick to fix it. Had a cucumber sorbet one evening. I don't like cucumbers. She changed it out for a fruit sorbet. We'll go again in the new year!! I'm going to make this a tradition for us!!

We were fortunate enough to dine at 100 Elements this week for their final lunch services of the semester. As always we were blown away by the calibre of food being prepared and served to patrons. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection leaving you wanting more! The variety of options on the menu caters to many tastes but also makes for some tough decisions! In the end, you can’t go wrong with whatever you choose because you know that you are going to get one of the best meals in the city. The staff, who are students, are professional and knowledgeable while creating a relaxing experience. Our servers ensured that our water was full, the buns were replenished and that everything was great during every course of the meal. The attention to detail doesn’t stop with the plating of every course…the details are found in the way the servers dress, in the way the tables are set and even in the utensils – which, by the way, are wonderful for those suffering from carpal tunnel. As always, you cannot go wrong when you decide to dine with 100 Elements. It’s so easy to book a reservation and the menu is always stellar. Definitely recommend.

The year end buffet at 100 Elements is the culmination of the Culinary Students efforts. All of their delicious creations are there to sample and savor. The ice carvings and displays add to the environment. The tables of appetizers, salads, main course, and desserts feast your eyes then your palate! You never leave hungry or dissatisfied. The students share the knowledge they have learned with any curious diner. What an experience for anyone who relishes good food and great service.
