Lemongrass - North Bellmore

During my vacation in New York, I had the chance to visit this restaurant close to my aunt's house. Since it's relatively new, it wasn't too crowded, and the staff who welcomed us at the counter were incredibly friendly. The place is very clean and cozy, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. I ordered the Japanese fried rice with shrimp along with a cup of green tea and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegetarian options available. As someone who has little experience with Thai cuisine, I wasn't sure what to expect, but my meal was absolutely delicious and the portion size was generous. My cousin ordered the Lunch Bento with beef teriyaki and enjoyed it just as much. It was a fun and new experience, and the prices for the food were quite reasonable! I definitely plan to return a few more times before heading home.

The food was fantastic. I highly recommend the Pad Thai; it was packed with flavor, and the beef satay was equally excellent. The portion sizes were quite generous, and the ambiance was relaxed and pleasant. With so few Thai restaurants in the area, it was a breath of fresh air to have this one open. I came in unsure of what to expect, but I left feeling very satisfied and will definitely be back.
