Jersey Meatball Co. - North Bergen

The Jersey meatballs were delicious. The staff was friendly and efficient, and my food arrived quickly. The garlic bread was absolutely fantastic. The portion size was large, and the food was great overall. It was a wonderful value; my dish was only $10, making it very affordable.

I heard that this restaurant changed ownership a few months ago, but the original owner is back, and so is the quality, so my sister and I decided to give it a try—and we were glad we did. My sister ordered the veggie meatballs with pesto sauce, while I opted for a custom blend of beef, chicken, and pork meatballs with the spicy pink sauce, based on the owners' recommendation as we were deciding. Our dishes came with roasted focaccia bread strips perfect for soaking up the sauces! We exchanged meatballs and agreed that the pesto sauce was excellent, with just the right amount of nuts and a nice texture. If I hadn't mentioned they were veggie meatballs, I would have sworn they had meat in them. The mixed meatballs were tender and moist, and the sauce was creamy with just a hint of spice.

The rice balls are tasty, but I find them a bit pricey at three for eight dollars, making them something I can't afford to indulge in regularly. However, the personal pizza is excellent, and the sauce truly competes with that of local pizzerias. I recently sampled the chicken fingers but was left a bit disappointed, as the chicken lacked seasoning. On the brighter side, their mozzarella sticks are quite good and reasonably priced. Overall, Jersey Meatball continues to be a great dining option and offers quick delivery. I hope they stay in the area! Although I haven’t dined in the restaurant yet, my experiences with delivery have been consistently positive. I always order the meatball hero with pesto and mozzarella. While I find the chicken meatballs enjoyable, I think the pork meatballs have the edge in flavor. The pesto sauce is exceptional—something that not every restaurant manages to get right, but Jersey Meatball definitely does. Plus, their delivery service is impressively fast!

Order via UberEats and my delivery came in half an hour. Pasta Fagioli was delicious and prepared in the typical way. Meatballs over penne was spicy and tasty and contain mushrooms, onions and peppers. Prices are reasonable while the shares are significant.

Ordered delivery through Eat24 Yelp came on time the eggplant parmigiana hero was spectacular the meatball hero was good too but I like my meatballs with a bit less garlic. Still really good and reasonable price.
