Chili's Grill - North Brunswick

Food is good and service is good. However, the manager Chris is the reason for my 1 star review. One of the worst experiences I?ve had with a restaurant. A few months ago me and some friends went in and ordered some food among the 4 of us. When the billcame to our table I just paid it without thinking much of it. We left the restaurant and I got a notification on my phone thatshowed on my card statement $50 more than what I had paid. I figured it was a mistake so me and my friend went back inside toget it sorted out. Our waitress was very politely and understood but needed to grab her manager to sort it out. Chris themanager came out of the back with his backwards baseball cap and didn?t believe me even after I showed him the charge on mystatement. He thought I was lying and then proceeded to tell me that it was all good because they had been paid on their end.Chris I know you guys are good on your end the problem is we OVERPAID and just wanted some sort of reimbursement. He just keptsaying yeah we?re good on our end I don?t know what to tell you. He then told us to call the store the next day which I did,they never refunded the money. A lost cause as this point, it?s a shame because everything is good about this chilis except forChris. Maybe I?ll see if I can find out the nights he doesn?t work.

Not so great the chips were very salty and my husband?s Modelo was very watered down and warm. The only good thing was that they were nice enough to remove the Modelo from our bill and my Margarita was good.

I had a positive experience at this restaurant. I only waited about 20 minutes to be seated. The appetizers arrived promptly, but unfortunately, my server was hard to locate. I ended up asking other waitstaff for help with napkins and drink refills. It's a nice spot to relax and enjoy some drinks. I hope to receive better service during my next visit.

My favorite restaurant! The food, sangria, and staff never fail to impress. Thank you for your wonderful service!

When we arrived, we faced a wait time of over 45 minutes, despite many empty tables. We're not sure what was happening, but when we inquired about sitting at one of the vacant tables, they said it was fine. The food was delicious, and there were some excellent options on the menu. Plus, our order was prepared very quickly.
