The food was delicious! Service was amazing! Our server actually spoke Spanish to a neighboring table to make them feel more comfortable. Talk about kindness!

Here sporadically stopped and was not disappointed! I sat and served my food in record time and I was very impressed by the portion size. My waitress was amazing and even the Lord who cleared another table was quick to welcome me! I would stop there again!!

I hadn't been to IHOP in a while, so last Wednesday I decided to have dinner there, and I was really impressed with both the food and the service. Everything exceeded my expectations. I ordered a breakfast combination, and it was just perfect. The coffee was flavorful and fresh, and I have no complaints about my visit. This morning, I returned with some family and friends and enjoyed another breakfast combo, which was once again flawless. Our server was excellent—she checked in on us just the right amount, ensuring our drinks were refilled without being intrusive. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. IHOP truly stands out! I'm excited to go back and explore more of their menu.

Our server was fantastic. Although she was busy, it didn't show at all. We were seated right away, and the place was spotless. The hostess even asked if we wanted the blinds lowered for our comfort. Overall, it was a wonderful experience on a snowy Sunday morning.

It was National Pancake Day, and I was thrilled to enjoy a free short stack of three delicious pancakes—what a treat! I also ordered one of my favorite breakfast meals. Our waitress, who has served us several times before, was fantastic as always. It seemed that not many people took advantage of the offer this year, as the restaurant was quite empty. Overall, it's a great place to eat!
