Jimmy John's - North Charleston

Their subs are simply super and really fresh. they even sell little ice in the bag! the way they would get from the gas station! I love it for the first time, they even gave me a discount for a first time!

I have been extremely disappointed with the sandwiches at this restaurant lately. The new manager is unhelpful and rude. I have been a loyal customer at this location, but ever since the management changed, the quality has declined. Today was the last straw for me. I have been patient and understanding, but I also paid for my meal. I will not be returning until they get new management, and I will not be ordering from this location for any future customer orders. I miss the Jimmy John's that I used to love. The new management is completely incompetent. They made a mistake and were more interested in blaming others than apologizing for the inconvenience. I had to sit in traffic just to go back and hear them say it was my fault, which was ridiculous. I gave them another chance and ordered the Jäger club with extra Jimmy peppers and cheese, even though it already comes with double cheese. But they still got my order wrong. No compensation was offered, and I am just tired of the poor service. If they don't want my business, they can consider it lost.

I ordered a poorly made tuna sandwich at this restaurant. However, I was on a 30-minute lunch break and very hungry, so I started eating it anyway. Unfortunately, most of the sandwich was filled with tuna, which was unacceptable.

This was my first time ordering delivery from this restaurant. The food tasted better when I ordered in person, face to face.

Sandwich was good nothing special about it there menu is a little crazy. I got a wrap that they were featuring on the menu but no pricing and it was alot more expensive then a regular sub. Wasn't happy about that.
