Starbucks - North Charleston

I walked in and ordered three drinks but only received two. I noticed people who came in after me, without placing mobile orders, leaving before I did. I've been here for around 20 minutes now, and it's surprising how that works out. I'm currently the only customer left in the store, still waiting for my last drink. I'm seriously considering just writing this off as a loss and making my own drink at home.

Alexis is incredible! I was uncertain about trying a drink, but she offered to create a sample for me to see if I liked it before I made a purchase. The service was outstanding—so cheerful and friendly. Thank you, Alexis!

Great Experience! The customer service was Awesome, because of this young lady who greeted everyone with her happy loud voice ?, she announced who drink was up next, I wished I caught her name. The drinks were delicious ? and Clean environment.

Love the manager but haven't seen her in the store lately. Lately so many new employees maybe ? I have wasted money. Everytime I order my usual it doesn't taste good or the same. I immediately throw it away. Disappointed.

The Frappuccino was great, but I wish they had made it as I requested without whipped cream. The tag clearly stated "no whip." I guess they were in a hurry since the drive-thru line was really long even during midday.
