Brandli's - North Conway

As a local from North Conway, I absolutely adore Brandlis! It's no secret that great pizza can be hard to come by in this town, but their white pizza is simply amazing. My husband really enjoys the BLT too. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Plus, the new outdoor seating and fire pit have really elevated the experience!

Not bad but the service was very slow and they ran out of white wine! My daughter ordered garlic knots and they ran out of those too. Caesar salad was ok, pizza was good. If you want a quick bite it's ok.

We didn't order any food, so I can't comment on its quality, which is why I’m giving one star. However, I can definitely share my experience with the two awful glasses of wine we had. The manager insisted that we pay for them despite our complaints. When we mentioned our concerns, he responded in a very rude tone, asking, "What was wrong with them?" When we explained that they tasted like the bottles had been open for a while, he arrogantly claimed, "I sell cases of those wines!" I reluctantly agreed to pay for them, but I wouldn't recommend anyone read their Yelp reviews. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a manager. If he had a better attitude, I might have paid and just chosen not to return. Now, I feel it’s important to let others know how clearly unhappy he is in his job.

Terrible pizza and even worse customer service. Stood at the counter waiting to order, but no one would bother to acknowledge us for quite some time. Then after finally ordering...they forgot to serve us. Three slices of pizza sat in the oven for at least 20 minutes. The place was dead inside so there was no excuse. We asked for a to-go box at that point. Once again, the woman would barely acknowledge us and did not apologize for the long wait! Definitely not visiting this establishment again. Pizza was dry and flavorless too.

Delicious food, welcoming staff, and excellent service! We dined on the patio on a beautiful fall evening. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was well-prepared. We ordered a large pizza, and it was quite filling!
