Albemarle Ciderworks - NORTH GARDEN

The event was unforgettable, and we had a fantastic time. The woman I was with personally knew the owner and a member of the band, which didn’t surprise me at all. We truly enjoyed the cider tasting flight.

We had a wonderful afternoon on their patio. The cider, both hard and traditional pressed, was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. We highly recommend Albemarle Cider Works!

We had a wonderful experience! The cider was fantastic—we sampled all four flights. Our group brought our own food, but we noticed they offered a small charcuterie package. We definitely plan to come back!

A great “early” Fall day at a great venue for sitting on the lawn, listening to some excellent live music, and enjoying their excellent cider!!! Big thanks to all the folks that make it such a special place.

Albemarle CiderWorks is just west of Charlottesville and nestled among several wineries. It is a must stop if you are heading deeper into Nelson County perhaps venturing towards the Nelson 151. The staff was very friendly and honored our reserved table even though we were the only ones visiting at the time. The cider was very good and my wife and I enjoyed slow sipping on the stone patio. We will definitely be buying Albemarle Cider wherever we find it.
