Wendy's - North Haven

I wanted to share a recent and honest review because I noticed a lot of negative feedback here, which I did not encounter during my visit. I ordered food through the mobile app during breakfast hours (after 8 a.m.) the day after a national holiday. When I arrived, I provided my name, and my mobile order was checked. At the second window, the employee asked me to wait behind the white line. This is usually done to keep track of wait times, but it seemed like there weren’t many staff working that day. However, I only waited about three minutes, and then she brought my food out to me. She was friendly, thanked me, and wished me a good day. The food was excellent, and I had no issues at all.
