Good food, pleasant service. good pub bur, nothing was too much annoyed and eating service was prompt.

Poor service. No friendliness at all. No menu in reach. Had to go looking. Meals wait time far too long. Cheese burger ordered with no cheese in sight. Chips overcooked. Scallops size of piece. Not busy so should have had better service. No hurry...to return

Went to dinner with the family, and was very disappointed! they were said to have been called from scallops, salt and pfeffer calamari, cob laaf, garlauchbrot. after our attempt to finally find food, we could order. then it was said that we had “old menus” and. the prices had risen. then minen had to wait until the food arrived, not to mention that we were the only ones in the area, and it was quiet. no tw, no music, nothing. we played our own music from one of our phones. the employees hardly talked to us, and did not even thank us for coming or wish us a nice evening as we have gone. in any case will not go back, and will be friends saying that it will not disturb either.

Dinner here tonight and first time dining here and never again. Dining area is down stairs from the main bar, we were told where out table was and we sat down, no menus on the table, no menu boards in the dining room but...there was one at the behind the dining room bar. We ordered drinks, not sure which sales system they use but it just looked like an iPad and the poor lady serving couldn't work the system and ended up just adding up everything on her phone. We had to get our own menus from the bar but the menu had a good variety of food, that was one good thing. Decisions were made and up we went to bar to order (no issue there). Ordering, this was one big adventurer! We couldn't get a pub loaf, couldn't get a french bagguette, no scallops, they had enough for an entree or a main size but not enough for a half serve really? I always thought that a half serve was smaller than a main....am I missing something? end up ordering calamari (we'll get to this a littler later). Chicken breast with chips and vegetables, chicken parmigiana's, fish and chips, Chicken Schnitzel, Beef n' Reef with chips and veg and Aussie Schnitzel and chips and veg . Some of the pricing was a little different to what was on the menu and when questioned we were told we had old menus and the pricing has changed hello Update your menus or charge what is on the menu and we were not shown the new pricing, only told. Waiting for the meal we were told that they had no calamari, so we again had to change a meal, first no scallops and then no calamari. Meal was changed to Flathead. We waited for almost for our meals to arrive, the waiter didn't know what a traditional chicken parmigiana was and said I guess this is it the meal sizes were big but then more issues, three of the meals came with no chips (even though they were ordered), the potato bake was very sweet and inedible, the beef n' reef was basically a beef n' fish tank hardly any seafood, no scallops and was supposed to have more prawns but you guessed it, nope. The fish and chips came with gravy (not ordered and who serves gravy with fish and chips). We did get an apology for the wait for the meals (we were the only ones still in the dining room and the rest of the area was empty). We also notice that there was a large room just off the dining room which appeared to be used for a meeting room and didn't look like social distancing was being adhered to actually the whole dining room had no social distancing apart from the ordering area but didn't look like anyone was following the rules and they weren't being enforced for staff. Hand santizer was on each table but our bottle was empty.

First time ordering and never again, been waiting almost hours passed my expected delivery time and still waiting with a family to feed it’s absolutely disgusting to be made to wait so long passed the delivery time I requested when placing my order
