Paradox Brewery - North Hudson

Great place to grab some dinner after a long day hiking a 46er. We were staying around a campsite near this brewery and every time we passed keep saying we would like to try it out. We checked it out and brewery was amazing. Grabbed their Beaver Bite beer, which had a nice pine taste. For food, grabbed their burger and poutine. Foods were tasty and filling. Overall, would definitely come back to grab more beers and foods.

Nice place,beers good,food as well. Wait time was way too long for beers and pizzas. Mistake made on bill for extra items not consumed. Dog friendly. Lots of dogs there.

Love the vibe of this place. They have a large beer selection. They even have a barleywine which is typically hard to find. Great food and service as well which is icing on the cake!

Good food and the beer selection is phenomenal, I remember when they first started off the northway, exit 27. We were given a tour when they were in their infancy. It is so great to see how far they have come!!
