The bacon wrap was missing some of the tortillas, and our drinks spilled all over the bag.

I pre-ordered my iced Cocoa Mocha with almond milk, hash browns, and a double chocolate donut through the app, which was really convenient. My order was ready close to the scheduled time. The drive-thru staff were decent when I picked it up, though not overly friendly; I can't really blame them since it was quite early. The only downside was that they forgot to give me a straw, but fortunately, I had some straws from a competitor in my car, so I used one of those. The hash browns were soft and delicious, and while the double chocolate donut was a bit messy, it was really tasty! However, I enjoyed the iced cocoa mocha coffee the most!

I visited for the first time and it was a disappointing experience. The customer service was lacking and came across as rude. The donuts and breakfast sandwich were not tasty, and the overall service matched that quality. I have no intention of returning to give it a second chance, as my first impression was quite negative. I don't want to place all the blame individually, but since you all work as a team, the entire crew reflects the management's service, which I found unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. It's unfortunate to say.

Wait time at the drive thru sucks. I don't know if they're understaffed, over their job, or are just not attentive but they will ignore won't say anything in the drive thru speaker and wait for you to drive off.
