Machetes Mexican Food - North Las Vegas

I've absolutely loved the times I've dined at this restaurant and eagerly look forward to future visits. The dishes are not only beautifully presented but so flavorful, delicious, and well balanced. I'd highly recommend!Food: 5/5

This place is SOO good! We got the taco ranchero it was FIRE! I was super nervous bc this place looks not so great, but the food was good! We will 1000% coming back! 15/10 recommend!Food: 5/5

I decided to come back because their food was simply the best!This time I tried it again, and was super disappointed.The food was just not good. I had ordered some Machetes and some tacos. The tortillas for the machetes were chewy and tasted old. I have had them before and they were never this chewy.The meat also had a funky taste.I also ordered some tacos but they were mainly cuerito. If I wanted to order cuerito I would have!All in all, i doubt I'll ever come back again : super disappointed in the food this time around.

Wow! These are the best quesadillas I've ever had. First off, they are truly gigantic! Tons of meat (I had birria), loads of cheese, and just the right amount of lettuce and birria consume. The tortillas taste homemade, and they are huge. We also had a birria taco which was also great. Lots of outdoor seating that is in the shade. Don't let the appearance put you off from visiting this place Definitely going to come back to try some other things on the menu.Parking: Plenty of free parking.

This restaurant's food truck f*cking SUCKS! Paid $22.50 for the asada quesadilla at the taco fest the asada was dry burnt the staff decided to prioritize larger group orders over smaller orders so what should have been a 20 min wait ended up being an hour and a half of waiting just to be disappointed!
