Taco Bell - North Las Vegas

Delicious food at great prices! I don't have to wait long for my meals. However, it can get quite busy when you visit Durango. Overall, it's definitely a favorite spot for me. Food rating: 5/5.

I had a mobile order last night, and I had to go inside because the drive-thru was secured. I ended up waiting for my food, but the manager was great—he explained that there had been an incident that required some employees to go home, and he apologized for the delays and the staff shortage. I felt really sorry for the team, especially with the rude customers making the situation even more challenging. It’s unfortunate how some people behave, and I hope one day they find themselves in a similar situation so they can understand how their actions affect others. The wait for dinner was longer than expected, but the food was fresh and delicious.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. Despite there being six employees behind the counter, no one was hired to assist customers, and even the manager was unresponsive to inquiries. Customers were left waiting, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to help us. An older gentleman finally managed to get assistance, only to find out that they were out of meat for the Mexican pizza he ordered. The employee was rude to him when he questioned how a pizza could be made without meat. In the meantime, we ordered drinks, which were literally served hot. Finally, after waiting 10 minutes to request some ice, we were told they were out of ice, too. It would have been better if they had informed us before our purchase to avoid wasting money. Overall, it was just easier to visit a different restaurant.

The Taco Bell was extremely clean, and the employee who assisted me went above and beyond by covering 8 cents of my order to help me avoid breaking a larger bill. Excellent service!

This restaurant seems to prioritize drive-thru customers over those who walk in. I ordered a Mexican pizza and five crunchy tacos, and it took 17 minutes to get my food, which caused me to miss my bus since I don’t have a car and can’t use the drive-thru. The service was lacking, and there were only two people preparing the food.
