Papa John's Pizza - North Lauderdale

The delivery guy in the black Nissan (I think) is trash! If this is what Papa John?s thinks is worthy of a hire, I need not even order from this location. He was rude and extremely aggressive. I?m also calling corporate because he threatened me. DO NOTRECOMMEND!

Ordered a couple of pizzas and ended up biting in a band-aid. Then person refused to give us the number for the manager. Why is a person with a cut on their finger preparing pizzas especially in the climate we are currently in

I ordered a cheese pizza and received a barely warm pizza with no sauce. When I called to complain, they promised to send a replacement. After waiting an hour (making it two hours total), I still hadn't received anything. When I called again, they claimed it had been delivered, but it never arrived. They also refused to issue a refund. This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

Terrible experience! I can't believe you continue to accept phone orders for delivery when you don’t have a delivery driver available. From now on, I’ll just order from Pizza Hut or Marcos. This restaurant really deserves to be closed down.

I ordered online and was told my pizza would be ready in 33 minutes. However, an hour and a half later, I still hadn't received it. When I called, I was informed that they couldn't locate the driver. I ended up canceling my order, but 30 minutes after that, the driver called me to ask for my location. The manager told me they still couldn't find him and didn't offer any resolution. This was my last experience with Papa John’s. No one out pizzas The Hut, that's for sure.
