They can do a lot better give people the right amount for the money instead of getting the food and its more lettuce than meat no meat at all and u have to pay so much just to get meat
The menu is straightforward and easy to navigate, and there are two self-order kiosks available.
I called three other Taco Bell locations that close at 3 AM around midnight, and all of them said their fryer was out of order. This isn't the first time I've run into this problem. So, I decided to call the Protho Taco Bell and spoke with Desmond. He was incredibly nice! By the way, this location closes at 1 AM, and he informed me that the fryer was working perfectly, so I could get my chalupas! Lol. Seriously, his customer service is outstanding. The other locations could really learn from him and take their jobs more seriously. Thanks again, Desmond and Mariah!

So, I decided to call the Protho Taco Bell and spoke with Desmond. He was incredibly nice! Just to clarify, this location closes at 1:00 AM, and he confirmed that the fryer was working, so I could get my chalupas! Lol. Seriously, his customer service skills are outstanding. Other locations should take a page from their book and treat their jobs with the same level of seriousness. Thanks again!!!
