Írjon visszajelzéstDon't you get it? Read your reviews. Rude employees who do not speak any English, hey you work there, you are not Evita. You are in Aventura not Hialeah, at least try to learn some of the language...hint hint.
The staff were so rude it was almost comical, it’s like the soup Nazi from Seinfeld. If you go just realize they are a bunch of snooty rude aholes, and laugh at them as they treat you like ****. The pastries are bad as is there spinach empanadas but the other empanadas are decent.
I been working here in Miami for the past 6 months and I am accustomed of eating international food, however, although I do speak Spanish and other languages I find the employees at Estancia Argentina very rude in either language. I love the empanadas but I don't like the employees there at all, some kids behind the counter are pleasant but some of the blondies mgr/cashiers are not at all. Sometimes they greet you and sometimes they don't, and if I been going there as often as possible they should see that, unfortunately it is a major problem here in Miami, no English, no manners and bad service, that's why I live in NY the city of service and everything works. I love their empanadas but sometimes I think twice before going there...is a good place to stop by for a quick something, yes it very authentic place like Buenos Aires which I been to, but not the service and the rudeness...I agree with previous reviewers.
Personnel should respect clients. That’s something that here in America we know very well. This company seems to be foreign managed. After an incident with an employee, I learn that it was not a regular employee. It was an owner wife's. Go figure.....
Great food, great price, only one problem. Whoever answers the phone cannot speak English. Almost impossible to order because they cannot understand. A mixture of Spanglish doesn't help either. The restaurant is in Aventura not Buenos Aires. Also, they do NOT deliver. Please have one staff fluent in English also. Thank you. Your neighbor.
